Work Order Queue Fields
By default, the following Work Order fields are displayed when you select a Work Order Queue or the pre-defined view My Work Orders:
• Work Order Number
• Account
• Contact
• Case
• Priority
• Order Status
• Order Type
• Dispatch Status
• City
• State
• Component
• Customer Down Status
• Billing Type
You can personalize the Work Order fields displayed and their sequence, or your ServiceMax admin / Super Dispatcher can customize them for your organization.

• You will see Date and Date Time fields always displayed in your Salesforce time zone and locale.
• Name field values are displayed for lookup fields.
