Work Order Queue Fields
By default, the following Work Order fields are displayed when you select a Work Order Queue or the pre-defined view My Work Orders:
Work Order Number
Account
Contact
Case
Priority
Order Status
Order Type
Dispatch Status
City
State
Component
Customer Down Status
Billing Type
You can personalize the Work Order fields displayed and their sequence, or your ServiceMax admin / Super Dispatcher can customize them for your organization.

You will see Date and Date Time fields always displayed in your Salesforce time zone and locale.
Name field values are displayed for lookup fields.
