About Work Order Filter
Work orders can be filtered based on any displayed Work Order field. Default Work Order filter field is Work Order Number, for both queues and views.
You can use the filter as follows:
1. Select any required work order field from the picklist.
2. Enter the required keyword in the text box next to the picklist. This does a contains search on the selected field, with the keyword entered.

To perform a text search, you need to enter minimum of two characters.

3. To clear the filter, clear the keyword entered in the text box.
Work Order Filter Personalization
Default Work Order filter field can be persisted by selecting any required work order field from the picklist, for both queues and views.

If the default filter field is not one of the displayed fields for queues / any view, Filter By is displayed in the filter field picklist, providing the option to choose any available field.
