The entitlement feature utilizes advanced user interface capabilities to deliver a rich interactive experience to users. To initiate the entitlement, check the Work Order to select Entitlement.

To initiate the entitlement, check a Work Order and click Entitlement. The Check Entitlement: Work Order page is displayed.
