Show Record
When you click the technician context menu option Show Record option, the Technician record is opened using its Salesforce page layout, in a new browser window. Following are the key points to note about this window:
• This window is not closed when Dispatch console is closed.
• If any updates are made to a technician from this window, they are not reflected in the Dispatch Console tree until the next automatic refresh / reloading of Dispatch Console.
• Sharing Settings are applied in this window.
