Work Orders which match ‘the expression to qualify work orders for this metric’, with the following additional work order filters applied:
• Created Date is greater than today minus the value of a global configuration setting
SET002 (default: 30 days).
• The Last Modified Date is greater than the last execution time of the SPM Engine.
• For each work order, there are one or more associated work details that match the expression to qualify work details for this metric.
• None of the Work Order and Work Detail fields configured as source fields for SPM-Mean Time To Repair records are blank.
