The following table lists the permissions needed to perform various actions on the SLA Term object.

Starting from ServiceMax 3.0 release, ServiceMax SLA Terms provides the ability to define advanced commitments such as initial response, onsite response, restoration, resolution and services. Considering the data integrity requirements to maintain such advanced rules, the above specialized screen has been introduced in ServiceMax. Hence, SLA Terms should not be created or updated using the standard screens of Salesforce.
