In ServiceMax, data which is considered Personally Identifiable Information (PII) has been considered for encryption. Personally Identifiable Information is any combination of data elements that could potentially identify a specific individual. For example, Full Name, Social Security Number, Email Address, Photograph, Signature, and so on.
