Schedule Optimization Metrics Setup Screen
You can use ServiceMax Setup home page option Schedule Optimization Metrics Setup under Service Performance Metrics group, to manage the configuration for Technician Utilization metric and to generate / purge the metric data on demand for Technician Utilization and Drive Time metrics. You don't need to do any explicit configuration other than Schedule Optimization configuration for metrics related to SLA and Skills violations.
You can define / edit the configuration from this screen, and can also execute to generate or purge metrics related data for the required job(s).
To know how the metrics are calculated from these configurations, see section Metrics Calculation.
On landing, the Technician Utilization configuration page is displayed. You can perform the following from this page:
• Navigate back to the ServiceMax Setup home page, by clicking Back To Setup Home displayed at the top left.
• Click the Save button in Settings tab, to save the unsaved configuration changes.
• Generate metrics for the selected job(s) of selected or all the dispatch processes or generate metrics for the latest job.
• Purge metrics for the selected job(s) of selected or all the dispatch processes or purge metrics for the latest job.
