Printing a Service Report from Closure Information
To print a service report from closure information using a formal document template:
1. Click the Service Reports wizard on the Work Order page.
2. In the screen that appears, select a template from the list. These templates are defined and managed by your ServiceMax admin.
3. Select the output format. Adobe PDF, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word formats are supported. This generates the Service Report in the selected format.
