• OOTB, Tasks from the Task Template map to the Task Object related to the Work Order. This mapping is configurable.

• IF the Work Order is assigned to Primary Technician / Technician (AND) the Technician is associated with an active Salesforce User record, THEN the Owner of the task is set to Work Order Technician’s Salesforce User record.

• IF the Task Priority field is not mapped to any Task Template field in the PM Process configuration, THEN the Task Priority field is set to the value of global setting SET002 (Preventive Maintenance > PM Actions).
