Setting up PM Process
PM Process Configuration defines three things: which PM Plans to process, how to process them, and when to process them.
• Which: PM Plan qualifying criteria and Create Work Orders ‘n’ days before the scheduled date.
• How: Number of Work Orders to create, applicable SFM mappings to create the Work Order(s), Work Detail lines, Tasks, and Cases (where configured).
• When: Time and Days of the week or Dates of the Month that the batch process should run.
