Chatter helps FSA users connect with co-workers, offsite technical experts, and account executives, and share information on the product referenced in a work order in real time. The setup for this feature includes enabling Chatter for the org and for Product object, Uploading pictures for products & users, and Configuring the maximum number of Chatter threads to download (Mobile Configuration – Other Settings tab) .
