Salesforce Configurations
This section constitutes the Salesforce Configurations needed to use the following features - Troubleshooting, Product Manuals, Chatter, Third-party integrations with ServiceMax iPad App to share PDF documents and usage of Salesforce Custom Settings in Download Criteria.
The first three configurations describe the Troubleshooting feature in iPad App. When Enable Troubleshooting is checked for a View Work Order SFM transaction, tapping the Actions button displays Troubleshooting button in the SFM Wizard screen. Clicking this launches the Troubleshooting page, which includes the following:
• List of Knowledge Base articles (related to the Work Order’s Product) in the left pane, with a keyword search option to locate the required article
• An icon to access Work Order’s Product record’s Product Manuals at the top right
• Another icon to launch Chatter screen for the Work Order’s Product record (with ‘n’ previous Chatter threads listed as per the limit configured in Mobile Configuration – Other Settings tab)
