Launching Timesheet Configuration Templates
You can add, edit, delete, search, and sort the Timesheet Configuration Templates and also generate timesheet headers on the Timesheet Configuration Template page.
To launch timesheet configuration template:
Go to ServiceMax Setup > Service Organization > Timesheet. The Timesheet Configuration Templates list view is displayed.
The following table lists the columns displayed on the Timesheet List View.
Column
Description
Timesheet Configuration Name
Displays the Timesheet Configuration Template Name.
Period
Displays the chosen frequency of the timesheet scheduled runs such as Weekly, Monthly or Bi-Monthly.
Status
Displays the status of the Timesheet Configuration Template whether Active or Inactive.
Last Modified By
Displays the name of the user alias who last modified the Timesheet Configuration Template.
Last Modified Date
Displays the date when the Timesheet Configuration Template was last modified.
You can perform the following actions from the Timesheet Configuration list view.
Actions
Description
Use the New Template option to create a new Timesheet Configuration Template.
Search for any Timesheet Configuration Template by typing the name of the Timesheet configuration in the search box for quick access.
Sort the Timesheet Configuration Template using the arrow on the column in ascending or descending order.
Generate Timesheet
This option is available as a drop-down menu on the timesheet configuration line. Use the Generate Timesheet option to run the timesheet header creation process for the selected timesheet configuration templates only.

Only active Timesheet Configuration Templates can be run to generate Timesheet headers and time entries.
Activate/De-activate
This option is available as a drop-down menu on the timesheet configuration template line. Use the Activate or De-activate option to activate or deactivate the Timesheet Configuration Template.
Clone
This option is available as a drop-down menu on the timesheet configuration template line. Use the Clone option to clone an existing Timesheet Configuration Template.
Delete
This option is available as a drop-down menu on the timesheet configuration template line. Use the Delete option to delete a Timesheet Configuration Template.
