Installed Base App Access and Permissions
It is mandatory to assign minimum Read permissions on the following objects:
1. Page Layout (SVMXC_Page_Layout_c)
2. ProductIQ Profile (SVMXC_ProductIQProfile_c)
The above objects are referenced in the file ProductIQServiceIntf. Therefore, it is mandatory to assign ProductIQServiceIntf to the user profile for sync to go through smoothly.

Assigning Read permissions is a must even if ProductIQ setting is enabled or disabled.
