Installed Base App for Administrators
Installed Base App requires ServiceMax at the backend and supports offline access. It provides its users the ability to download and locally save required Installed Product and Location records, view them and update them irrespective of availability of internet connectivity. It provides a rich and interactive user interface wherein the user has easy access to the product hierarchy, configuration, topography, location, and related media, with additional ability to run filters for quick access to required records. Standard out-of-the-box actions and custom actions with support for default value mappings are provided to facilitate quick data operations on the records. Offline data validation support ensures that data entered is correct and adheres to the required standards for business process continuity.
