Entitlement History
The Entitlement History tab displays the previous records. This facilitates easy viewing of previous entitlements performed on the Work Order and their details on the same screen. All available Entitlement History records are displayed, sorted such that most recently created record is on the top. Click any of these records to open in another tab.
 | The HTML5-based user interface as given in the Entitlement screens is available only if you configure group setting SET025 ( Entitlement Verification module Work Order Entitlement VF) is set to True. The Entitlement History tab is available only in the HTML-5 user interface. |
