Defaults
The default non-Work Order event attributes are as follows:
Arrive is set to the current date time, rounded off based on the group configuration setting SET011.
Depart is set based on the default event duration set by your ServiceMax admin as the value of the group configuration setting SET002.
Type field is set to Email
All day event checkbox is unchecked on first time launch of the event window. On second and subsequent launch of the event window, All day event checkbox is selected / cleared as per the previous selection done during the creation or edit of any Work Order or non-Work Order event. This selection is persisted across sessions based on the user setting. The persisted value is applied as default for both Salesforce and ServiceMax events.
