Defaults
The default non-Work Order event attributes are as follows:
• Arrive is set to the current date time, rounded off based on the group configuration setting
SET011.
• Depart is set based on the default event duration set by your ServiceMax admin as the value of the group configuration setting
SET002.
• Type field is set to Email
• All day event checkbox is unchecked on first time launch of the event window. On second and subsequent launch of the event window, All day event checkbox is selected / cleared as per the previous selection done during the creation or edit of any Work Order or non-Work Order event. This selection is persisted across sessions based on the user setting. The persisted value is applied as default for both Salesforce and ServiceMax events.
