|
On first time launch of the event window: it is Unchecked.
Second and subsequent launch of the event window: As per the previous selection, done during the creation or edit of any Work Order or non-Work Order event.
This selection is persisted across sessions based on the user setting. The persisted value is applied as default for both Salesforce and ServiceMax events.

When this is checked, Duration section is hidden. Time controls of Arrive and Depart fields are hidden. Only Date controls are displayed. The created event spans from the start of the Arrive Date to the end of the Depart Date.
