Custom Reports and Dashboard
Create a dashboard in a folder named SPM Dashboard and with the unique name SPM_Mean_Time_To_Repair, to see the View Dashboard link in the SPM configuration screen for this metric.
Create summary reports with charts on SPM - Mean Time To Repair object, to get the meantime taken to repair products.
The time to repair a work order can be calculated as the difference between Labor Time (in minutes) and Dead Time (In Minutes).
Grouping and aggregation can be on any of the following attributes:
• By Technician(or Service Team)
• By Product (or Product Family/ Product Line)
• By Account
Service Delivered On– Date is another attribute available OOTB for reporting.
