• The global configuration setting GBL025 under module Common and submodule Global Settings provides the option to choose to create ServiceMax Event records instead of Salesforce Event records.

• The name of this setting is 'Object to use for event creation' and by default, it is set to ‘Salesforce Event’.

• Change the value of this setting to ‘ServiceMax Event’ for the active global (org-wide) profile in the org, to enable creation of events longer than 14 days.
