Applying Threshold Percentage for Condition-Based PM Plans based on Dynamic Adjustments in 24.2
For the Condition-based PM Plans, you can apply the configured Threshold % value for each milestone of the condition rule that gets adjusted via dynamic adjustments. The PM schedules are calculated based on the applied Threshold % and dynamic adjustments, and PM Work Orders are created according to the adjusted PM schedule.
This enables you to create PM Work Orders ahead of the scheduled time or milestone to prevent delays in completing necessary maintenance. For more information, see Performing Dynamic Adjustments for PM Plans.
To ensure that Threshold % is applied to each milestone of the condition rule, you must enable the following setting:

Description
SET005 (Module: Preventive Maintenance;Submodule: PM Actions
Apply Threshold Percentage on Condition Rule’s Adjusted Value
This setting extends the threshold calculation behavior on Condition-Based PM Plans to apply the threshold percentage even after dynamic adjustment has been applied to a condition rule. When this setting is enabled, the threshold percentage will be calculated as a part of each condition rule’s milestone after it has been adjusted via the dynamic adjustment functionality.
The default value is False.
Also, you must configure the Threshold % in the Condition-Based PM Plan Template. For more information, see Creating Condition Based PM Plan Templates.
Example
Consider a conveyor belt that requires maintenance after every 100 hours of operation, with maintenance ceasing after 1500 hours of operation. In the Condition-Based PM Plan template, define the following parameters:

If the SET005 is enabled, the threshold value is applied to each milestone. The table below illustrates how the parameters are adjusted over time:

As per the above table:
For the 1st PM Schedule (Frequency: 100):
The Actual Work Order Closure Hour was recorded at 105, delayed by 5 hours from the original frequency of 100.
The adjusted value from the original frequency is 5, which falls within the minimum and maximum adjustment range.
As the Adjustment type is Actual, the aggregate value is 5.
.
In the 2nd PM schedule (Frequency:200):
The Aggregate Value from the first schedule (5) is added to the frequency, making the updated frequency 205.
The Threshold % (90%) is applied, resulting in a threshold value of 184.5.
The aggregate value for this schedule is calculated by adding the adjusted value (20) to the previous aggregate value (5), giving a total of 25.
Similarly, each schedule is adjusted based on the Aggregate Value and Threshold % at each milestone.
