Viewing Past Conversations
Past conversations with the ServiceMax AI Assistant are accessible for reference and reuse. This capability supports continuity in information retrieval, and fetches updated responses without re-entering previous queries.
To view past conversations, perform the following steps.
1. Tap the Hamburger icon in the assistant.
All previous conversations are listed with timestamps.
2. Tap any questions to view the full conversation.
The conversation is displayed and can be continued or reused to generate updated responses.
