Saved AI Prompts
You can create, store, and reuse personalized AI prompts. This feature helps streamline repetitive queries and actions by enabling you to save frequently used prompts and quickly reuse them in relevant service contexts, such as work orders, installed products, or calendar views. For example, while viewing an installed product in the Go mobile app, you might start a chat with ServiceMax AI. During the conversation, you ask a question and choose to save it as a personal AI action. Later, after closing the chat and navigating to a different installed product, you can access the saved AI Action, use it, and receive a context–aware response.
