Schedule Management Agent is a pre-release feature. Contact Support or your Account representative to obtain access to the feature.

You can configure Schedule Management to control how ServiceMax AI answers scheduling questions and creates or updates appointments. These settings define who can access the Schedule Management Agent, who owns AI‑created appointments, and when the agent is active. Proper configuration ensures consistent scheduling behavior and accurate appointment ownership.
You can configure the following in this page:
• Enable user access: Control which users or profiles can use the Schedule Management Agent to ask scheduling questions and perform scheduling actions.
• Select Appointment Owner: Define the ServiceMax user who owns appointments created or updated by ServiceMax AI to ensure consistent ownership and tracking.
• Enable Schedule Management: Turn on the Schedule Management Agent so ServiceMax AI can use its scheduling capabilities for authorized users.
