Enabling Schedule Management
You enable Schedule Management to activate the Schedule Management Agent in ServiceMax AI. When you enable Schedule Management, ServiceMax AI can use the agent’s capabilities to answer scheduling questions and perform scheduling‑related actions for authorized users.
To enable schedule management, perform the following steps.
1. Navigate to > > .
The ServiceMax AI Console is launched.
2. Navigate to > > .
The Schedule Management page is displayed.
3. Select the toggle button in the Enable Schedule Management section.
The button indicates Enabled.
4. Click Save.
