ServiceMax AI Access and Permissions for Community Users

You must ensure that the Community Users have the following access and permissions to use ServiceMax AI:

• Enable Community users in your ServiceMax setup. For more information, see Community User Access and Permissions.

• Assign the following sharing setting permissions to the objects:

AI Config Data	Public Read Only
AI Config Data Assignment	Public Read Only
AI Config Data Details	Public Read Only
AI Event Log	Public Read Only
