Accessing Saved Prompts
You can quickly retrieve a previously saved prompt while working on a work order or any other object.
To access saved prompts, perform the following steps.
1. Tap the Saved Prompt icon in the bottom-left corner of the ServiceMax AI chat interface.
Prompts are listed in descending order by the last modified date/time.
Prompts created in a context without an object type (e.g., calendar view) are globally visible.
Prompts created in specific object contexts (e.g., work order) are only visible within that context.
