Creating Arbortext User
You can create a Arbortext Content Delivery (ACD) user account in Arbortext.

Create a user name exactly matching with that of Salesforce user name.

1. Log in to Arbortext Content Delivery.
2. Navigate to > .
3. Click Create an Internal User.
4. Enter a user name, your full name and email ID, and passwords, and then click Save.
5. Navigate to > .
6. Enter a profile name and select a profile from the dropdown list.
7. Select the products for the profile’s access.
8. Click the Users tab, and then enter the ACD user name.
9. Click Save.
