FAQ for SFS Mobile
This section lists the frequently asked questions about the Salesforce Field Service mobile application configuration and usage.
1. As an administrator, how can I get the managed components for the A360 features to configure for the SFS mobile app?
With the ServiceMax Asset 360 10.0 package, you will get the managed mobile components out-of-the-box. For more information, refer to
Install Asset 360 Package.
2. What should I do if I want to configure the managed components for my SFS app users?
3. After switching to the managed components, why can’t I launch the configured LWC components?
4. After configuring the managed components, my SFS users can see two similar options for launching the same components. Why?
If you have already configured the un-managed components for the SFS app before the A360 10.0 release, configuring the managed components does not replace them. Both un-managed and managed components can be available in the same org. If you want to use the managed components only, you must delete the un-managed components and configurations manually from the org.
5. I want to remove an Asset record from the Asset Hierarchy component. But the page is not loading. Why?
You must have the required permission to delete an Asset record. Contact your administrator for the required access. For more information, refer to
