Deleting Asset from Asset Hierarchy
If you have the Delete permission for an Asset record, you can delete the asset from the Asset Hierarchy component.
Perform the following steps to delete an asset.
1. Log in to the SFS mobile application.
2. Navigate to the Work Order record or the Asset Record from where you need to delete the asset.
3. From the Actions menu, tap the Asset Hierarchy option.
The Asset Hierarchy screen is displayed with the selected Asset record highlighted.
4. Tap the Asset record you need to delete. The Asset Details screen is displayed.
5. From the top-right corner of the screen, tap the menu icon, and then tap the Delete Asset option set by your administrator. The pop-up is displayed to confirm the action.
6. Tap OK.
After successful validation, the Asset record is deleted and you are navigated back to the Asset Hierarchy screen.
