ServiceMax supports push upgrades for the Asset 360 managed packages. This section explains the process and the best practices to follow when you upgrade an earlier package of Asset 360 to the latest package of Asset 360.

If the installation of the Asset 360 package in your org fails, it might be because of any of the following reasons:
The ServiceMax Core package is already installed in your organization. Navigate to Setup > Installed Packages to verify.
The Field Service option is disabled in your organization. Navigate to Setup > Field Service Settings to verify.
The Entitlement Management option is disabled in your organization. Navigate to Setup > Entitlement Management Settings to verify.
