Product Service Campaigns
Product Service Campaign (PSC) for Asset 360 is a combination of automation and user experience flows that facilitate the completion of Service Campaign use cases.
Asset 360 utilizes Salesforce native objects such as Product Service Campaign and Product Service Campaign Item (PSCI) to:
• provide users with an interface
• back-end behavior to create campaigns specific to servicing a group of assets or items
Campaigns use the PSC Search functionality to:
• define search using a dynamic search capability
• identify the affected Asset records based on the criteria
• create Product Service Campaign Item Lines as results
The search results generate delivery outputs that include the SFDC native objects for Work Orders, Return Orders, and Cases.
This section lists the instructions for the admin users to:
• manage PSC Configuration Templates
• set up the PSC org-wide settings
The administrator must configure the PSC objects so that end users do not have access to write, edit, or delete the PSCI records directly through the PSCI related list on the PSC Lightning Record Page.

It is a good practice to manage the PSCI lines using the Manage Results screen.
