Installing and Configuring Asset 360
Asset 360 is delivered through an AppExchange package named ServiceMax Asset 360 for Salesforce. Perform the following steps to install and configure the application.
2. After installing the package, you need to load Default Configuration and Page Layouts to get the default ServiceMax parameters, processes, Salesforce profiles, and page layouts loaded into your org. This sets up your org with the out-of-the-box functionality for most of the key Asset 360 features and apps, which you can modify to suit your business needs.
