Prerequisites
Ensure the following prerequisites before installing the ServiceMax Asset 360 for Salesforce package:
1. Create a domain in the org to ensure that the Asset 360 Setup Home tab is visible after the installation. To create a domain:
a. Go to SFDC Setup.
b. Search for My Domain.
c. Create a domain.
d. Deploy it.
2. Enable Field Service Lightning in the org. To enable:
a. Go to SFDC Setup.
b. Search for Field Service Settings.
c. Enable Field Service by clicking the toggle button.

The FSL License option should be enabled in the org for this step.
3. Enable Entitlement Settings in the org. To enable:
a. Go to SFDC Setup.
b. Search for Entitlement Settings.
c. Click the Enable Entitlement Management checkbox.
4. Change Access to Send Email to All Email. To change,
a. Go to SFDC Setup.
b. Search for Deliverability.
c. Choose All email from the Access level drop-down under Access to Send Email.
