Defining Mappings for the PSC Configuration Template
You can use the Mapping Editor to create or edit SPM Mappings for copying data from a source object (PSC Header, Asset) to an Output Object (Work Order, Return Order, Case, Asset Notification, Opportunity).

• You must define at least one mapping for the PSC Configuration Template.
• The Mapping section supports a maximum of 10 mapping combinations for every PSC Configuration template.
• Do not define duplicate mappings. PSC Configuration template is not saved if duplicate mappings are defined.

To define mappings for the PSC configuration template:
1. Navigate to the PSC and complete the steps described in Creating a PSC Configuration Template.
2. Click Add Mapping.
3. Select the details of the following field values in the Add Mappings section.
Field | Description |

Source Object | Select one of the following picklist values to define the source object for the mapping: • Asset • PSC Header |
Delivery Object | Select one of the following picklist values to define the delivery object for the mapping: • Case • Work Order • Return Order • Asset Notification • Opportunity |
Mapping Name | Select the mapping name value from the picklist. The value is displayed based on the selection defined for Source Object and Delivery Object. |
| | Click the Delete icon to delete existing mappings. |
4. Click Save to save the PSC configuration template.
