Defining Mappings for the PSC Configuration Template
You can use the Mapping Editor to create or edit SPM Mappings for copying data from a source object (PSC Header, Asset) to an Output Object (Work Order, Return Order, Case, Asset Notification, Opportunity).

• You must define at least one mapping for the PSC Configuration Template.
• The Mapping section supports a maximum of 10 mapping combinations for every PSC Configuration template.
• Do not define duplicate mappings. PSC Configuration template is not saved if duplicate mappings are defined.

To define mappings for the PSC configuration template:
1. Navigate to the PSC and complete the steps described in Creating a PSC Configuration Template.
2. Click Add Mapping.
3. Select the details of the following field values in the Add Mappings section.

Select one of the following picklist values to define the source object for the mapping:
• Asset
• PSC Header

Select one of the following picklist values to define the delivery object for the mapping:
• Case
• Work Order

Mapping Name
|
Select the mapping name value from the picklist. The value is displayed based on the selection defined for Source Object and Delivery Object.

Click the Delete icon to delete existing mappings.
|
4. Click Save to save the PSC configuration template.
