Creating a PSC Configuration Template
To create a PSC configuration template:
1. Navigate to the PSC Configuration Templates page.
2. Click New Template. The Product Service Campaigns page is displayed.
3. Provide the details for the fields as described in the following table.
Field
Description
Fields marked with * are mandatory.
Template Name*
Enter a unique name for the PSC Configuration template.
Developer Name*
This field is populated with a unique name for the PSC Configuration Template based on the value entered in the Template Name field. However, you can change the name.
Active
Select the checkbox to activate the PSC Configuration template.
Description
Enter a brief description to identify the PSC Configuration template.
Send Notification of Success and Failure
Enter an email address for notifying the success or failure results of the batch processing details.
* 
• The email address indicated in this field receives success or failure process logs for both the PSC Search Batch Process and the PSC Output Generation Process.
The notification includes a hyperlink to view a detailed success or failure log for the selected batch process.
• Ensure that you enter a valid email address.
4. Continue to the Mappings section to define a mapping for the source object to the delivery object. For more information, see Defining Mappings for the PSC Configuration Template.
