Asset Summary
Asset Count
Shows a count of Assets at the selected location. Information on the internal, competitor, both internal and competitor, and other assets are provided.
Attach Rate
Shows information on how many Assets are covered under a Service Contract, Warranty, and both Service Contract and Warranty. It also provides information on Assets that are not covered.
Assets Due to Renewal
Shows information on the assets whose coverage is about to expire in less than 2 months.
Service Summary
Pending Preventive Maintenance Work Order
Shows information on open PM Work Orders at the location.
PM completion %: What percent of PM work is completed against the planned.
Open Work Order by Work Type
Shows information about the count of Work Orders at the location based on Work Type. It also provides the count of not Closed or not Complete WO grouped by Work Type.
Product Service Campaign
Shows information on PSC Work Orders at a location. Work Orders associated with a location that has PSC and PSCI fields populated and grouped by status Open, In Progress, and Closed are considered.
Top 5 Consumed Spare Parts
Shows the top 5 consumed spare parts with the option to drill down to see the list of top consumed spare parts at the location grouped by location and account.

Off Contract Revenue

Contract Service Cost
Shows how much it has costed the organization to provide services for assets that are covered under the contract.
T&M Revenue Pattern
Shows year-over-year T & M revenue pattern for spare parts and labor services provided.
Contract-Service Cost Pattern
Shows year-over-year cost pattern for spare parts and services provided on assets covered under the contract.
Predicted Revenue
Shows average T&M revenue that might get generated at the location based on the last 5 years' data.
