Asset Maintenance
Assets are the items of value that a business owns, benefits from, or generates income. Assets can include anything from the company laptop you are using to view this module to the manufacturing equipment used to produce it. Depending on the core business of an organization, asset types can differ widely.
Asset 360 allows businesses to manage all their assets and track their installations, rentals, or loans. It also makes the repair and depot information visible to you when the asset is sent for repair.
Perform the following steps for asset maintenance:
1. Create a rental or loaner asset or customer-owned asset. The following diagram displays the processes for creating assets.
2. Update asset. The following diagram displays the asset maintenance process.
