User Groups
Asset 360 leverages the User Groups feature to implement privilege-based access to technical attributes. The user group assignment capability helps you to assign technical attributes to users based on the persona, the nature of work, or the type of access required.
Use Cases
• The asset managers and service managers must view asset information such as warranties, entitlements, and the software version of the asset. You can create a user group for such users with technical attributes carrying business information about the asset.
• The technician users require to view technical information about the asset such as engine rotation count and temperature. You can create a user group for technicians with technical attributes carrying technical information about the asset.
