Pending Items
View and act on unresolved IoT alerts and operator requests that require maintenance attention.
Overview
The Pending Items page in PTC Orbit provides you with a centralized view of unresolved issues, including IoT alerts and operator requests that require attention. Each entry includes key details such as the name, type, subject, priority, associated asset, creation date, status, and linked work orders. This page enables maintenance teams to monitor and act on critical alerts and service requests efficiently. For example, if an IoT alert indicates High Sealing Bar Temperature, a technician can assess the asset's status and create a corresponding work order for resolution. Similarly, operator requests, such as Inspect Connection, can be prioritized based on urgency. By systematically managing pending items, users can reduce downtime, ensure asset reliability, and maintain smooth operations.
