Execute service
Track and manage work orders, resolve IoT alerts and operator requests through pending items, and run coordinated service or revenue campaigns at scale.
1. Track and manage work orders. The Work Order page displays all maintenance and service activities in a filterable list. Sort by priority, status, assigned technician, or scheduled time to focus on what needs attention. Apply Admin Presets for predefined views such as Open and Unscheduled Work Orders or Completed Work Orders Over Last 30 Days. Click any work order row to open its detail view.
2. Resolve pending items generated by IoT alerts and operator requests. The Pending Items page centralizes unresolved issues that require maintenance attention. Each entry shows the item type, priority, associated asset, and current status. When an alert such as High Sealing Bar Temperature warrants action, create a work order directly from the pending item to initiate a service response.
3. Create and manage campaigns to coordinate service or revenue activities. A Service Campaign targets assets for maintenance tasks: inspections, part replacements, or corrective actions across multiple sites. A Revenue Campaign focuses on sales opportunities: product upgrades, service renewals, or cross-selling offers. Both campaign types standardize repeatable processes, automate work order generation, and track execution progress from a single page.
Work orders track every maintenance task, pending items surface urgent issues from connected assets, and campaigns deliver coordinated actions across your accounts and installed base.
