Overview
AI Hub in PTC Orbit provides a centralized workspace for managing all AI-driven capabilities across the asset lifecycle. It combines asset scoring, predictive insights, data quality evaluation, configurable scoring factors, conversational analytics, and interactive 3D product visualization into a single experience; no data science expertise required.
Use cases
• Asset Health and Scoring: Configure scoring factors, monitor asset health KPIs in real time, and identify at-risk assets before failures occur. Guided setup walks administrators through scoring logic without requiring manual calculation.
• Predictive Insights: Surface data-driven maintenance recommendations based on historical patterns. Transparent scoring logic shows exactly how each insight is derived.
• Data Quality Evaluation: Assess and improve the completeness and accuracy of asset data across the organization. Dashboard views highlight gaps and trends at a glance.

• Canvas View Controls: Collapse the chat window to give the canvas full screen width. Charts and 3D models auto-center when the layout changes. A quick-start guide overlay introduces Creo Viewer controls on first load.
