1. Explore AI Hub for conversational analytics and 3D visualization. AI Hub provides a centralized workspace for all AI-driven capabilities in PTC Orbit. Ask questions in plain language to generate charts, summaries, and data tables from your asset data. Load interactive 3D product models (PVZ files from Windchill) directly in the AI Canvas to inspect parts, navigate the product structure, and identify spatially linked components. No data science expertise required.

2. Create demand forecasts to project future service volumes. Demand Forecasting analyzes historical work order patterns to predict future workload across your installed base. Filter by account, location, or product, and define the forecast period (up to two years) and the historical data range (up to five years). Two creation paths are available: the AI-assisted builder, which parses a plain-text goal into forecast parameters automatically, and the manual builder, which gives you full control over every field. Completed forecasts display results with charts, tables, and export options.
