Resource connector (UPDM - NAF aliases)
Creation
To create a Resource Connector:
From an NSV-2 System Communications Description: click the Shallow Resource Connector or Shallow Uni-Directional Resource Connector toolbar button, click the source Resource Port, and then click the destination Resource Port.
To create a Resource Connector and connecting Resource Port elements in one operation:
From an NSV-2 System Communications Description: click the Resource Connector Complete toolbar button, click the source Resource Role, and then click the destination Resource Role.
On the Select Type dialog, select the type of the Resource Port elements.

Relationships

Create Resource Interaction elements on a Resource Connector.
A Resource Connector can realize a Command, Control or Resource Interaction.
Link a Resource Connector to Protocol elements it implements: right-click the Resource Connector, point to Links, and then click Implements Protocols.
