Project milestone (UPDM - NAF aliases)
Creation
To create a Project Milestone:
• From an Architectural Description or Service Description: right-click the Architectural Description or Service Description, point to New, point to NAF, point to Programme, and then click Project Milestone.
• From an NPV-3 Project Type Definition: click the Project Milestone toolbar button, and then click in free space on the diagram.
After creating a Project Milestone you can set its date and values: right-click the a Project Milestone, point to Set, and then click Date or Values as appropriate.
You can change a Project Milestone to a Deployed Milestone, Increment Milestone, No Longer Used Milestone or Out Of Service Milestone: right-click the Project Milestone, point to Convert To, and then click required command.
