The following view options are available:
Show Stereotypes - when selected, specifies that Stereotypes can be shown on the symbol; when cleared, specifies that Stereotypes are not shown.
For a Stereotype to be shown, the symbol's diagram must be set up to show the Stereotype, or the Stereotype must be set up to be shown on all diagrams.

For a Tag Definition to be shown, the symbol's diagram must be set up to show the Tag Definition, or the Tag Definition must be set up to be shown on all diagrams. Note that a Tag Definition can be shown only if an associated Stereotype is shown; Tag Definitions that empty tagged values are not shown.
Vertical Arrangement - when selected, specifies that each Tag Definition is displayed on its own line; when cleared, specifies that all Tag Definitions are displayed on one line.
Show Iconic - specifies that an Image applied to the symbol or its underlying item through a Stereotype is shown as an icon in the top right corner of the symbol.
*
The image is shown only if the diagram is set up to show the Stereotype that provides the image.
When you select the Show Iconic check box, alternative symbol images applied to the symbol through Stereotypes are ignored.
