Showing all stereotypes and tag definitions for all items on a Diagram
1. Show all Stereotypes associated with the item types that can be shown on the diagram:
a. Right-click the diagram background, and then click View Options.
b. Click the Shown Stereotypes entry.
c. Click the Link button.
d. Click Select All , and then click OK.
2. Show all Tag Definitions associated with the Stereotypes that can be shown on the diagram:
a. Right-click the diagram background, and then click View Options.
b. Click the Shown Tag Defs entry.
c. Click the Link button.
d. Click Select All, and then click OK.
3. Ensure that all items on the diagram are showing Stereotypes:
a. Select all items on the diagram.

To quickly select all items on the diagram, click an item on the diagram, and then on the Edit menu click Select All.
b. Right-click a selected item, and then click View Options.
c. Click the Stereotypes entry.
d. Select the Show Stereotypes check box.

As an alternative to using the View Options, you can select Shown Stereotypes and Shown Tag Defs through the Items tab of a diagram's Property Pages.
Modeler does not show Tag Definitions that have blank tagged values, and Boolean Tag Definitions that are set to FALSE.
