Specifying the output format and Publisher style for a document definition (Publisher)
1. Click the Generate pane.
2. In the Style list, select the Style you want to use.
3. In the Output Format list, select the required output format:
Word to generate a Microsoft Word document using Word 2003 (.doc) format. If you want to save the document using Word format (.docx), do not select the Maintain Compatibility with Word 97-2003 check box.
Publisher HTML to generate HTML files that allow the extracted data to be viewed in an internet browser, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer.See Working with the Publisher HTML output format (Publisher) .
Publisher XML to generate XML files for the structure and content of the extracted data so that other tools and applications can make use of that data.
DocBook to generate a DocBook file. DocBook is a semantic markup language for technical documentation, the details of which are not covered in the Help.
4. Save the Document Definition.
When the Document Definition is next opened, the Publisher Style and Output Format you specified will be selected by default.
