Specifying document properties for a document definition (Publisher)
You can specify document properties such as General, Company, Author and Legal Notice information for a Document Definition. In addition, you can specify default Company and Legal Notice information that is used for new Document Definitions.
To specify document properties for a document definition:
1. On the File menu, click Properties.
2. In the left pane, select each of the categories (General, Parameters, Company, Author or Legal Notice) in turn, and in each case set the properties in the right pane as required.
For example, you can prevent the generation of the Table of Figures and List of Tables sections in a Word document through the include.list.of.tables and include.table.of.figures formatting parameters.

3. Click OK.
4. Save the Document Definition.
To specify default company and legal notice information:
1. On the Tools menu, click Options.
2. In the left pane, click Company.
3. Click Edit.
4. Set the properties as required, and then click Save.
5. From the message box, click OK.
6. In the left pane, click Legal Notice.
7. Click Edit.
8. Set the properties as required, and then click Save.
9. From the message box, click OK.
The default company and legal notice you specified will be used by default for new Document Definitions.
